Dave Thompson is the Events Coordinator and Town Centre Manager for Middlewich who started on 5th January, 2005. Many of you will know Dave as one of the founders of the Middlewich Folk and Boat Festival and as a member of the Middlewich Paddies for over 25 years. Dave made an impact from the very start of his job and has coordinated some excellent events in the Town. His input into the hugely successful Norman Festival held during September 2005 is probably the highest profile part of his job, however the many events at the Bull Ring, including the success of the Farmers Market are proving that the town is more than "that place to pass through on the way to the motorway".
